He was very nice and easy to work with and affordable. He was helpful in suggesting what to do for the amount of money I wanted to spend. He still needs to come back to fix a string of lights that does not work.

Our 52 inch TV was perfectly installed on our wall. No complaints at all about the work itself. It was perfect. Techs cleaned up after themselves inside the house & left box & packing on porch,which was fine with us.
However, the techs arrived almost 3 hours after our appointment time. On the phone, Andres had stated that he preferred cash payment and I didn't mind paying cash, but I expected a receipt. The techs had no receipt for me. They said that Andres would mail one to me. I hope he does.
Again, the work itself was first class. Customer Service just needs some polishing.
