Although there was a bit of a slight delay in setting up an appointment initially, I was delighted to see that AROCON replaced the ridge vent on a saturday (when we were not even home). My parents were quite impressed with Eric's demeanor and attitude and we will definitely keep AROCON in mind for anything else that may come up in the future.

Eric the co-owner was very friendly and professional. He's very customer serviced-focus and they charge very reasonable rates. The crew is very friendly and the craftmanship is excellent. I would definitely use them again for future projects!
