Project: New gutters and downspouts installed with old ones removed; facia boards and new drip edges installed; t.v. aerial removed and hauled away.
Comments: Mike came by on a rainy Saturday with his #1 helper (his son) and in the rain on a 3 story ladder, he surveyed the work needed. I had not intention on replacing the gutters/downspouts and woodwork but he said it was rotted and I acquiesced to a much more expensive job. It wasn't able to be completed when I wanted the job done due to a back order on the hard-to-get dark brown gutters and downspouts but he was able to complete the job the following day. NEAT-CLEAN-Will use him again!

Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 21230
Got working right away; workers professional; job well-done with a 5 year warranty. Kelbie requires 1/3 upon signing, 1/3 upon commencement of work, and 1/3 upon completion. Because they started work on patching immediately so I felt a bit exposed -- 2/3 of the work paid for before the big part of the job started. However, they did all of the work timely and very well and even coordinated with my HVAC guy who was also doing work, so even though I felt exposed, it all worked out quite well! High kudos!

Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 21215
The Kelbie workers did an excellent job of reflashing my roof with a connecting drain and insulating an area over our bay window. Mr. Kelbie called and checked to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction and assured me that if any time the quality did not meet with our satisfaction he would correct it at no charge to us. The workers were fast, courteous and efficient.
