My furnace went out a 4am, I put the request in at 4:30am. By 4:35am there was a msg on my cell phone from Knight Heating. After reviewing the info I called back around 4:45am expecting to be able to leave a message-but instead I actaully spoke to the repair man himself. We made arrangements for him to come to my home over my lunch hour from work. He then got the parts he needed to repair & agreed to return at 5:30pm (after I got off work). He was professional, prompt, and although it was a lot of money, his prices seemed to be cheaper than the other contractors. Later that evening he called to make sure the house had warmed up.
