The initial repair was an in and out and the technician really didn't investigate what the issue really was. The lead technician came out and after 2 1/2 hours had my unit in proper working order. Very friendly and knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my unit. Would defiantly hire them again.

The installers were efficient and careful in their explanations regarding maintenance and controls. The followup visit addressed and solved a noise issue. The pricing was competitive and fair.
