They were very polite and accommodating to my timing needs. The only problem was I feel that I may have beeb over charged from what people I have talked to that have had the same problem but I do not know if the circumstances are the same so I do not know for sure if I was over charged but the problem I had was solved.

After talking to a few other companies, Rich was the only one that said he needed to come out and see our situation to give us an accurate estimate.This made complete sense to me since we own an older home and there always seems to be something extra-this time it was that they build our house after installing the furnace and we had to have a new whole cut to the crawl space to put in the new furnace. Rich was very professional and took his time to go over everything.He worked with us and was willing to find alternative solutions with any of our concerns.He also didn't just try to sell us the most expensive product unlike the other companies.
