Professional, friendly, and honest. Repairman diagnosed load noise as merely a loose piece in the duct work and fixed quckly at no cost other than inspection fee. We next had them return to replace our furnace humidifier. The price seemed high at $600 (especially since the existing water line and electrical work was in working order), but it's hard to find companies these days that understand good customer service and have a professional staff. We will probably use them again, but will never stop shopping for the best value for our hard earned money!
