Carrier Split Heat Pump System R22 recharge: The overall experience was good. They were very helpful with information. The tech(Joe) was well trained and had a high level of integrity. I believe that he truly wanted the customer to be satisfied. My final experience with Jaycie Giraud(owner?) was less than favorable for me. Due to charging problems that occurred during the service and a concern I had that the system might not be properly charged, I asked the next day for a follow up "courtesy" visit to verify the system charge. This was outright refused. I paid the bill in full ($600). I expected more attention to my concerns.
