Response to request was very rapid, and a repairman was on-site the same day. He looked at the issue (but not closely) and determined that a new belt was needed. He did not have this part and had ETA of 3-4 days for part arrival. Part arrived 3 days later, and a different repairman arrived to install. When looking at the unit he stated that there is another part that is typically the cause of the belt failure. Upon inspection he found this needed to be replaced as well but fortunately had the part in his truck. Repair was fine, but had the part not been available, I would have been very unhappy due to poor investigation by guy #1.

Repair Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 60062
The technician was on time, took his shoes off and gave me an estimate of what it would cost soon after he arrived. He completed the work quickly and gave me some advice about new water heaters.
