on time and very capable....took care of the problem we were having....insisted on putting on footies befor he came in even though dry out. obviously knew what he was doing and had us up and running in no time. if we have a need in the future we will call Dana's. Repair or Service a Heat Pump in 98380
I called Dana's after getting an annual checkup from another service company. The other company claimed to have found a $600 part that needed replacing, even though my heat pump showed none of the symptoms the replacement was supposed to fix. I decided to risk the price of a service call in order to get a second opinion. The Dana's service person found that all we needed was a little more refrigerant.
The service person was on time, did the work in a timely fashion, and explained everything he was doing. He did well enough that we decided to get an annual service contract with Dana's.
