Carlos and Bob were extremely professional and knowledgable about my electric heat system. I had previously had another company try to fix the problem on two occassions- but no luck. Carlos and Bob were thorough in their assesment of the problem and although they had to order the part needed, they were able to set up a temporary fix until they could order the parts and install. They came back on Monday and now my system is working better and more efficiently than ever. They also provided me with information on how to keep the heat system working at its best. I highly recommend NEAS and Service Magic!
