Carrier Split Heat Pump System R22 recharge: The overall experience was good. They were very helpful with information. The tech(Joe) was well trained and had a high level of integrity. I believe that he truly wanted the customer to be satisfied. My final experience with Jaycie Giraud(owner?) was less than favorable for me. Due to charging problems that occurred during the service and a concern I had that the system might not be properly charged, I asked the next day for a follow up "courtesy" visit to verify the system charge. This was outright refused. I paid the bill in full ($600). I expected more attention to my concerns.

Serviceman was able to come out and service out heat pump 2 days after I called. Service was very thorough, and serviceman was honest and personable. Since we had just moved into this house and know nothing about heat pumps, he could easily have told me pretty much anything needed repair and I would have believed him. He was instead very straightforward and honest -- explaining basic principals and troubleshooting the system -- discovering a burnt out fuse and lack of air filter from previous owners. He even crafted a new filter for our odd sized duct work. Service above and beyond! Definitely will use this company in future for all heat pump and furnace needs
