Rob was personable and professional ; His was the best price by far of all the contractors who submitted a proposal; He was the only one who indicated he would actually be on the job throughout the installation of the new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. He handled a shipping error well and had the correct unit available the next day. He assisted with the forms needed to get the state rebate. Every thing about the installation was perfect and professional, and I know i made the right decision going with Comfortaire, Rob, and Lennox.
