Phillip is outstanding as a HVAC expert. He not only replaced the failed heat pump, he also corrected errors committed by the original installer of he HVAC system and the other service technicians who have worked on the system during the past year. But best of all, he correctly identified and corrected the underlying problem that led to the problems that I have been experiencing with the system. I doubt that anyone else could/would have been successful in finding this problem. Not only did Phillip exhibit a superior level of knowledge an ability, his fee was very reasonable.
