Excellent does not seem the right word. Everything Glenn and his son did was perfect and professional . From their estimate to the installation of the new furnace. We explained what we needed and our limitations and they worked with us. The furnace was put in within two days of our decision and up and running. They surpassed all of our expectations and most of all, they had the area they worked in cleaner than they started. They went far beyond anyone who had done work for us. This contractor was EXCELLENT. He came out immediately, and was honest on all aspects. We continued to experience a problem with our AC unit, and he came back out again, to correct and advise us that we in fact need a new AC unit. We will DEFINITELY be using them when we replace our AC unit. He even called my husband to check on how everything was going.. This contract gets a 5 star rating * * * * * ! ! Thanks so much.
