Had a new Lennox heat pump installed. Salesman patiently answered all my questions as I had a lot.. Great heat pump at a reasonable price. Very courteous and professional installation of all equipment. Left a clean work site. Also had duct cleaning later with the same professional and courteous service and again left clean work site. My house has never been so warm and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The man arrived on time - he checked the furnace and decided it needed another part and he
would pick it up today and come back tomorrow and install it. He did just that. He was
professional in behavior, timely and my furnace works. Parts for a furnace are expensive and
he charged minimal for his labor. I was satisfied with Pat and would call him again.
