The representative had a working knowledge of all the major equipment sold in his industry. I found the installers to be friendly, pleasant and conscientious. They took special note to protect my carpet and walls (upstairs) while removing and bringing in the news equipment. They cleaned up after the installation. The representative called to make an appt in order to come back and make any necessary adjustments if needed. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the installers and the equipment.

The service was great. They were on-time, quick, and experienced. The install only took a morning instead of a full day like originally quoted. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Cary who did a followup check a week later. I would definately recommend them to my friends.

I would suggest installers make a safety check every night before they leave project to preclude leaving uncapped vents or lines. Maybe a nightly close-up checklist would be a good idea. Cary was great. I would strongly recommend Danco to others and use you again if needed.
