Easy to work with, efficient and did the job quickly and to my satisfaction. Only rated 4 star instead of the 5 because I did not like the fact that the pipes showed on the outside of the unit which was in my laundryroom. It would be nice if the manufacturer had a cover plate over the unit but this is not the fault of Prompt Heating but the design of the manfacture of the unit.

They were fantastic. The first one to do a complete house survey and recommended the most efficient unit, plus they gave us complete information about the rebates and tax advantages that lowered the total cost of the installation. They also did a follow up inspection and re-test of the unit.
