Equipment & installation was excellent. Howver, In-home consulation was not as informative as other contractors who talked about air quality improvements. After completion of job, they did not provide manuals, as promised, until two months later after I called them.

It was good we had had to remove equipment to renovate space and reinstall equipment weeks later - they were fair reasonable with prices, worked well with my wife and I. Were able to able to consult a separate plumbing code issue as well. Bill was great - will use again.

F/u appointment conducted with expert information on usage and operations. Very courteous, professional, listened to my concerns regarding extremely high electric bills. Dressed neatly and professional, identified personnel at the door upon entry. Showed me problems in old system, very educational during installation. Tax Rebate Certification mailed to me promptly.
