Otis was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to find the problem within a matter of minutes and had my AC working in no time at all. He had the part that was needed with him which impressed me. So often the technicians after to order the parts or make another service call. In addition, the price was extremely reasonable. I've already referred the company (Otis in particular) to several friends. One of my friends has already hired him to do some work for them.\

Otis was prompt with phone calls and appointments and did the job in the time estimated. We were a bit nervous going with the lowest bid we had, but he pointed out situations that other estimators didn't find. We were very pleased with his work and his very good follow up.
