Sales and installation was prompt and courteous.A free duct cleaning was included with the sale of the furnace.It took 4 appointments and numerous calls and no-shows before the cleanin was accomplished.

I was told the job would take 5-6 hours, it took 12 and 1/2.
Also, they had to come back the next day to get my furnace even to work.
I wasn't told that I would have two pvc pipes coming out of my house on the driveway side.
They stick out like a sore thumb, about a foot and a half.
The furnace works great, except for the banging that occurs every time it starts and stops.
Probably due to old duct work.
