First of all - I was not looking for a new heat pump - I just got a new one in June of 2006. My call was strictly for SERVICE. No sooner did I submit my request for help, my phone was riging and it was Bob Dakdduk from Echos Air, Inc. on my phone - he was able to come to my home THE SAME DAY to help. My system wires were a "spaghetti mess and changed colors" throughout the system. Bob figured it all out - with a lot of hard work, and now my system is WIRED the RIGHT way and working wonderfully. Bob was extremely nice and explained everything he was doing. I would ABSOLUTELY pass his name on to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks Bob!
