Alan Popeil was prompt, courteous and professional. Took care of the tiles which were coming loose on my bathroom floor and then did a little additional preventive maintainace with caulk. In addition I received advice which I will consider for other projects in the bathroom. I have already hired him to fix my basement stairs.
