Charles was very thorough and always timely. He explained everything as he went, and the finished product turned out just like we'd hoped. We had water damage to our upstairs bathroom- he replaced the floorboards, laid new tile, and repaired the drywall. He even did a few little "extra" things at no charge. His quote was about 30% higher than the others we got, because he firmly believed the flooring needed to be replaced, not just laid over. We went with him despite the higher cost, and we're so glad we did. We're confident that his work will hold up for many years to come, and we're even having him back to remodel our other bathroom soon!
