Mike Taylor of Taylor-Day was the handyman I finally picked. He is an absolute professional, and did not give up on my washing machine until he had the solution -- a heavily clogged outside vent. He went up on my roof at least a half-dozen times, crawled all over my attic space, and basically did over-and-above what I had so far experienced with most other handymen. I would very happily refer him to any and all of my friends.
