I called service magic and they put me in touch with Mark at Absolute Home Improvement. He came out that evening, drove to home depot for supplies and then fixed the roof the next morning. Even though the rain had started, he did the repair and saved my hay. From my first call to Mark to the time the job was completed was less than 18 hours.
