Sam was prompt and efficient at his appointment. We are working first on our garage doors and then will handle the "handyman" portion of our home projects. We did have another company come inspect the home as well and are waiting on that estimate before we decide which repairman to use.

We had agreed at the time he came out to view the project that it would be done the week of 3/24 to 3/28/2008 at a cost of $630 ($230 for the pull-down stairs and $400 for labor) while my wife was home on spring break. I choose him since he was able to get me a heavy duty stairway. He was to call and confirm the date, and I had to call him on 3/24 to remind him when I came home for lunch. When he called back later that afternoon and spoke to my wife, he indicated that the cost was $650. He arrived with his helper the next day and it took about 4 hours to do, at a final cost of $675. The final was $675 with no explanation for the increase
