Said he would be back with our window the next night but never came or called. I called him and he apologized and told me it would be later than thought. That was fine but I wish he would have called and told us he was running behind. He is a great job though and was very nice!

I just want to comment on what an EXCELLENT job of installing my baseboard Jeff Alray did. Not only was he accomodating in that he met me at Home Depot, helped me purchase my material and delivered it, he helped me with removing the old baseboard and moving my furniture in addition to showing up the very next day that we spoke (a Saturday no less all above and beyond). My project was ALL completed in one amazing day of doing EVERYTHING even at the last minute. And as for the workmanship I would consider it a perfect job. He also provided custom cuts and finished corners like never before. Not only is the new baseboard beautiful and will enhance my home dramatically, because it was also installed with precision, expertise and craftsmanship using the right tools, I was able to caulk and spackle and paint prepped right behind the installation in one day. (I have done this before behind bad installations and it took weeks to set nails and correct bad workmanship with caulking and spackle artistry). I am beside myself with pleasure with this update to my home and have referred this great service to everyone I can think of! Thank you so much. What nice people and great professionals! The perplexing thing to me was that he was inexpensive - I definitely got alot more than I paid for. I feel like I won something.
