He was the only contractor out of the 3 that actually came to my home to give me an estimate. His estimate came in below what the other 2 contractors gave me over the phone (which was a range, not an exact figure). At the estimate he noticed in one section that the roofers never installed flashing over any of the gutters. He pointed it out to me and sure enough you could see light streaming between the edge of the roof and the gutter from underneath. He included that in his estimate and the price was still very reasonable. He scheduled my job within 2 days of my request and showed up on time to complete it.
