John Smith is a gentleman. Hard-working and with a sense a humor, he not only accomlished his task in short order, but was able to help me with another project while on site. After getting caught in a terrible downpour while cleaning the gutters on the house, he showed up bright and early the next morning and had the job finished before I was out of bed.
