Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 40212
Roof was installed and was a total mess. Nails were visable and could silicone in spots on roof. My chimney was totally messed up too...it was smeared with concrete all over it and had big holes left in it. To Dr Roof's credit they came out took one look, apologized and said they would do what ever it took to make it right. They sent someone out to take the chimney complete out (it was not used), put wood over it, corrected and replaced shingles that were improperly installed at no additional cost to me. Roof is wonderful. I went with Dr Roof because of their warranty. Shingles warranted for 30 years and their work warranted for 30yr.

Salesman fell off roof while doing estimate, matched lowest estimate, Had to ask for paperwork several times before we got it.

Rob Survance was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The estimate was thorough and reasonable. Although the work has not yet been done, I'm sure it will be excellent, because of my experience with his company, so far.
