The only negative thing I would say was with the appointment setter. I asked specifically if the company cleans, inspects and adjusts non-woodburning propane fireplaces. I was told "yes, they do". The man who arrived had never seen a unit like mine and wasn't expecting to do what we needed, just a cleaning. However, since my husband had the install instructions out, the service man was more than willing to read up & figure it out. I'm not sure this service is usually offered by Chiminey Cricket, I'm under the impression that it is not. Overall, he did a great job, the glass cleaned etc... just not sure I'd use again unless I got the same guy.
