Tom was very polite. He showed up when he said he would. Unlike other guttler cleaners I have dealt with, he carried the gutter leaves down and asked where he should dump them I told him under my deck would be find and that is where he took them. The others in the past just threw them down on the ground for me to clean up later. I would use Family Painters again for the gutters and when I need painting I will contact them. Very Happy with the service
