they came at a scheduled time and our gutters were terrible! had not been cleaned for a couple of years and downspouts were completely blocked and much gunk in the gutters themselves. harvey and his assistant, andre, got right to work and got them done-many trips up and down the ladder. (we had them dump the gunk in a compost area in the back yard) cost was actually less than we expected for the amt of work needed. we would absolutly hire them again, and in fact are having them do our outside windows next. thanks for the recommendation--we'll also ck with you for other needs

They showed up earlier than scheduled. We have had rains since they cleaned out the gutters and there is no overflow, indicating that they did a great job. When they started, they seemed a little confused as to what to do with the debris. They had buckets but asked me for trash bags. Since I didn't have any large ones, I gave them 3 kitchen sized bags, but pointed out that there was an area in the woods they could use to dump.
