I was very reluctant to deal with an "unknown" contractor. Jim was so knowledgeable on the phone, personable, and helpful that he relieved my anxiety. Then he accommodated my time table, performed miracles on my problem, having it diagnosed and repaired within days of my call. And was even very patient and caring with my 86 year old Mother. Clean Gutters and Downspouts in 19807
The first time they came out I could not tell that any gutter work had been performed. I called them to return to do the job completely and they came right out. The owner said he had a miscommunication with his workers. The second time the job was performed to my satisfaction.
