They were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they could not get the camera up our chimney, and they didn't inspect the outside of the chimney from the roof, but otherwise did a great job.

Their work is professional. I am happy what they have done. They came on time and finished in time too.
Only one thing i am not happy is they got our 30% prepayment to start the project in May, it was almost $2000 dollars. They started the project in the middle of July. I understand they were busy at that time, it was okay to start the project in July. What I am not happy is after they got the prepayment, we did not hear from them at all until we called them later June. What I suggest is they should contact customer to tell when the project will start and if late, why. Some explanation to make customer feel comfortable.
