Gutter Werks came very quickly, sent someone who has been in the business for years and would do the work (not just an estimator), and the person had some excellent ideas related to aesthetics and reducing costs, as well as uncovered a potential problem that was dealt with as a part of the work (one that didn't cost extra). The price was extremely competitive. When I explained that I needed the work done right away (as I was having a staining issue each rainstorm), they fit me in and came the next day, and completed the work well. As an FYI, the day AFTER they finished, someone else I had contacted just got back to me to schedule an estimate.

Install a New Skylight in 20876
Dan came out, got up on the roof, noticed something else that should be taken care of (took a picture to show me) and gave us a verbal estimate on the spot. He followed up with a written quote which was exactly what we discussed. The installers did a great job and took great care to clean all the debris that got blown around because it was a windy day. I forgot to initial one area of the contract on some option work to be done, but the installers brought the parts with them in case it was an oversight (which it was). Very prepared and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.

Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 20901
Mr Shahanian came to my home, assessed the problem and provided an interim remedy on the same day that I contacted Service Magic, protecting my home from further damage from the imminent storms. The workers replaced the roof, right down to the plywood; replaced the rotted soffit boards and painted them; cleaned and painted the gutters and added helmets to keep out the leaves. They even power washed the deck and patio. They cleaned up fairly well, were very courteous and always attentive to my concerns; their pricing was fair and competitive. I would recommend them.
