It took several weeks before they came, but I had emphasized that there was no hurry. The workers came, worked efficiently, and were friendly but professional. There were no hidden costs or extra "problems". When they were finished, I wrote them a check, and a few days later I recieved a receipt thanking me for the business and marking on the receipt "Paid in full." It was a positive experience.
