Unfortunately, although he knew the basics, he never installed shower doors from my manufacturer and had a few issues. After he became confused for a significant amount of time mid-way through the project (3 hours later), I politely asked him to leave. He was very polite, apologetic and waived all charges. He admitted he's installed over 100 shower doors and has never encountered a problem like this before. I completed the job the next day with the help of my neighbor within an hour.
