Glass block installers are difficult to find. Howard Molen is very personable and prompt. He gave a reasonable estimate. Unfortunately, it was a disaster for all involved. First his men measured wrong and needed to remove the wall luckily before cement was dry and salvaged most of the glass block. Broken/chipped block to be repurchased. We had to buy additional epoxy and a new granite sill. The area had to be redone. The wall was reinstalled, but not finished. A lot of time was lost.To his credit, Howard absorbed the extra costs. His accommodation speaks highly of his professionalism. We might recommend him for other work, but not glass bloc
