Install a New Concrete Foundation in 18020

Being a General contractor I have dealt with A LOT of subs. Mr. Thomas is very professional. On my job, he cut a concrete patio (this was not his responsibility) to keep the foundation square. The framer commented that he did not have to snap lines to square up for framing because it was "perfect" he said. I highly recommend him.

Repair or Resurface Concrete Driveways, Patios, Walks & Floors in 19087

Rich arrived on time and with a helper performed down on his knees all tasks relevant to doing a concrete overlay to my patio that had spalled. Cleaned off all loose concrete, replaced expansion joints, power washed, acid washed, applied binder and concrete overlay by trowel. Project was interrupted by rain, but project completed in 3 half days allowing for stage drying for the estimated cost. Rich and Mike were perfect gentlemen answering all my questions. After broom sweeping finish, Rich hand (power) ground the surface more to my liking without complaint. We'll see if the warrented life span will be met.
