The salesman measured incorrectly so when the installer showed up, he had the wrong size windows. This backed up our project by 2 days. This was an inconvenience. They agreed to take $25.00 off of my bill which I thought was fair.
When the installer showed up with the correct sized windows, he did an excellent job putting them in and cleaning up. If I could rate him, he would get 10 stars.

Cleveland Glass Block was very timely and professional in contacting me about glass black installation project. They came out and explained the process, gave me an estimate, and were very curteous. Their price was $300 less than the other estimates I received! When it came time for my glass block installation, it was done on a Saturday so I didn't have to miss work and only took a couple of hours. I am very happy with the finished product.
