Diagnostics was excellent - charges were reasonable and fair based on previous experiences with other similar type providers. I would highly recommend and expect to use their services across a range of areas offered. They were not trying to push or over sell their services.

Repair or Service a Heat Pump in 07848
I read quite a few reviews prior to calling for a heat pump repair & John not only lived up to our expectations after reading them, he exceeded them. We woke up with no heat & e-mailed our situation. John called back within minutes, let us know when he expected to be able to make it out & actually showed up a half hour early. It took two days to finish the job, but he made sure we were up & running before leaving the first day & even called back that night to make sure our heat was still maintaining, as there was a snow storm & we have a 6 week old. I can't say enough good things about our experience with John & AMS.
