They were on time, and very thorough. They offered me a series of solutions to my air balance issue, starting with a simple and low cost solution and increasing in magnitude and cost if the solution did not work. The other contractors only quoted the much more extensive, high cost solutions. The low cost solution ended up working and I saved a lot of money which I would have spent going with another contractor.
