I submitted my furnace problem to Servicemagic and GLR called before I could close my browser. They came when they said they would but they weren't able to get the part to fix it that day, they scheduled a time to come back, & fixed the problem in about a half hour when the came back.
The best thing GLR has going is their no charge diagnostics policy & the cost of parts and labor was very reasonable for my budget. Most companies want $50 just to come to your house, & these days, not everyone can afford that. Phillip Downing and his helper were both curteous and knowledgeable. I'd recommend GLR to anyone.
