Install or Replace Ductwork in 80130

Very professional, nice, and knowledgable. He does excellent work.

Only issue involved a return trip/no one home charge of $25.
He showed up late in the day and could not finish the job. So. He had to schedule another trip which should not have been our resposibility.

Heat Exchanger Experts of Denver, Inc.

Waterproof a Basement or Foundation in 80220

In order to prevent seepage into my basement as a consequence of heavy rains, I contracted with Heat Exchanger Experts of Denver to waterproof the affected area of my foundation. The project required the old concrete to be broken up and removed, a 4-5 ft deep/2 ft wide/10 ft long trench to be dug, waterproofing tar to be applied to the exposed foundation, the trench refilled with dirt and compacted, and new concrete poured over the work area.
The work is extremely physically demanding. Although the appearance of the new concrete is not quite what I would have hoped for, my problem was adequately addressed. I would recommend this company.
