Due to the complicated nature of our potential project and unforeseen family circumstances, we have not moved forward into our investigation of Geothermal energy. However, I was VERY impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the man who came out. I thoroughly enjoyed discussing the project and it's scope and hope someday to finish my investigation and the feasibility of moving forward.

Problem: noisy radiant heat circulation loop.
Responded quickly and on time.
Tech felt problem could be one of two units - temperature valve or circulator.
Tech said temp was set much to high and adjusted downward.
Tech noted that temperature valve was producing too wide a temperature swing -- 30-40 degrees rather than 10 degrees.
After some time spent adjusting the temp valve the problem of noise seemed to be gone.
Tech said in case noise continued (it did) info on temp valve and circulator replacement costs would be sent by Minuteman. Only communication since service call was mail inviting me to purchase service plan.
