Sobieski Services, Inc.

Install a Geothermal Heating or Cooling System in 19734

Price a little high but we liked the salesman's straight forward approach and system proposed. Installers were great - very professional. We liked their proposals enough to buy a 2nd unit for our mom's house. A - thank you.

Horizon Services, Inc.

Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain in 19475

My problem was solved within 12 hours of contact at an excellent price. The technician (what plumbers are called today I guess) was courteous, knowledgable and competent. And a nice person as well.

Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System in 19335

Horizon called almost immediately after my request on Service Magic. Doug and Dan arrived on time and cleaned my unit. The only negative is the salesman seemed kind of pushy. They were supposed to charge me a flat rate of $89 however I end up paying $188.96. He told me I needed a voltage regulator which cost an additional $100.96. I was not sure if it was really needed but had no way of disputing his word. He demonstrated the need for the part by showing me a voltage measuring at 8 and should be 10. I asked him to leave the old part and saw a red marking on it which made me wonder if they had pulled a switch and bait tactic on me. I signed up for annual check up for my system and that cost an additional $9.98 but received a $10 discount for display of their sign in my yard. I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend until I see what they do next year.
