Install a Geothermal Heating or Cooling System in 98596
Selma and John were the most professional contractors we met with, for any of our home project needs, thus far. They came out to our house twice to go over our heating project, for a total of at least four hours. The bid presented was thurough, and had everything broken down so we could see what we are paying for - didn't get this with the three air-to-air heat pump contractors contacted. Their professionalism and knowledge sold us on their service despite the larger cost over a "regular" heat pump system. Both Selma and John left the impression that "you get what you pay for" in a good way.

Install a Central Air Conditioning System in 98108
Great prices, very courteous and went out of their way to meet our demands for installation. However, they did not adequately install the heat pump/furnace system. The heat pump remained on during very cold temperatures, instead of switching to the furnace. This resulted in a higher energy bill. Communication has been good, but they are unwilling to admit and make up for their mistake they made with the installation which resulted in my paying more money out of pocket.
