I had many questions about this installation. Don patiently answered all to my satisfaction. He is honest and forthright....Everything went as planned. He also helped a lot with the over all energy efficiency of my home. We also did insulation in the attic and walls of the house. He installed a attic fan to remove excess heat in the summer. Don took the time to patiently explain how we could spend most cost effectively on the total energy efficiency of our home. Not just a heater or air conditioner. What would work and would not and why. I felt very comfortable with him from the first time I met him.

This ultimately was a conventional heat-pump / air handler replacement / install although initially I considered a geothermal heat-pump. I worked with Marco Giancroce. The entire process was extremely professional. I especially liked the evaluation of ROI for various heat-pump alternatives. This enabled me to save $2000 overall from other contractor's proposals. The extra effort and careful measurement of room size, window placement, and previous electric consumption together with frank presentation / discussion of alternatives was appreciated. The installation went according to plan and was completed in a day. Price was competitive
